Pathology |
The
science of pathology deals with all aspects of medicine, with
special reference to the nature, origin, and causes of disease
with the consequent development of abnormal conditions through
the study of the gross and microscopic changes at cellular and
tissue level.
At Ponce School of Medicine, the Department of Pathology blends
the classic morphologic descriptions and clinical manifestations
with newer molecular and immunologic advances. |
