Governance and Administration |
Under
the articles of incorporation and the by-laws, Ponce Medical School
Foundation, Inc. has been established as a non-profit corporation
to operate the Ponce School of Medicine. The Board of Trustees
of the Ponce Medical School Foundation, Inc., is the governing
body of the PSM. The Board is authorized to exercise all necessary
and incidental powers to carry on the purpose for which the Foundation
was organized.
