Student Government

As the principal representative of the student body in administrative and academic matters the Student Council serves as an advisory group to the Administration and should facilitate the conveyance of information to the student body.   As with all other advisory groups within the School, it does not dictate policies, but its recommendations can influence and impact administrative decisions.

Will be consisted in: President, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer and Public Relations Officer.

Each class elects their officers from among students in good academic standing.  List of class officer will be presented to OSA.  Class Presidents has the responsibility to serve as intermediate between school and his/her class only, do not represents the student body.

The Student Council and Class Officers should meet periodically with the Associate and Assistant Dean for Students Affairs to facilitate close communication and cooperation between the students, faculty and administration. This meeting is called Counsel of the Presidents.

The student body are represented in the Academic Senate and in different school committees as well, such as:

Admission Committee
Graduation Committee
Drug and Alcohol Prevention Committee
Curriculum Committee
Accreditation Committees
