Mission

The IAO provides support and guides PHSU in its institutional planning and decision-making process. It also evaluates the institution’s effectiveness in completing its goals and realizing its mission.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an Institutional Assessment Plan to evaluate PHSU performance
  • Coordinate and guide the development of assessment activities for academic programs and institutional units
  • Develop a system to efficiently present results of assessment activities
  • Develop new strategies, based on these results, to improve the Institution’s outcomes
