Admissions at PHSU Ponce & San Juan*
Each degree program has its own set of admission standards for applicants to fulfill before their application is considered. To learn more, check out our admissions pages and see if you have met the requirements.

Before You Apply
All Applicants Must Submit the Following:
- Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate schools attended.
- Three letters of recommendation written by individuals familiar with the applicant’s professional work and skills. Here is the recommended format for letters.
- Criminal Background Check
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Application processing fee for most progams is $90.00 with the exception of the Bachelors Degrees which is $30.00(Check or money order payable to Ponce Health Sciences University)
